I will NEVER book at this chain again. First of all, when we got to the hotel, they stated that they could not find my reservation (I gave them my name and confirmation number). The guy behind the counter said he didn’t have it and only had one king room available as there was a convention in town. I called some other places but they were booked. I went ahead and took the “king” room (it was actually a queen not king like stated). I was charged $342 when my original booking was $286 for 3 nights for a bigger room. The guy asked how long for and I told him to Sunday. I confirmed this again later just to make sure and he said “Yes, I have you here till Sunday”. I was in the middle of a race Saturday morning (why I was in town in the first place) when I got a text about checking out. I calle

Wherever I travel to I always stay at Microtel and I have always had a great experience. The only problem I had with this location was the communication between staff. I requested a very late check out and upon arrival I was told to call to the front desk the following morning to confirm that. Well I did so at 8am and a guy confirmed that. Well I was away from my room and a lady called and asked when I would check out and I told her I talked with someone that morning and my check out would be late and she stated there wasn’t a note left but it would be fine. Well fast forward to 12pm the front desk worker knocked on my door and wanted to know how long would it be before I checked out, and that if I stay until 2:30 I would have to pay for a whole day instead of $40 extra as stated on the we

I must say for the price… if you’re just driving through to get to the next destination this hotel is located in pretty calm decent location hidden behind a Costco. A lot of food/stores near by. the only down fall is the hotel is a bit outdated but the staff was very polite and breakfast consist of cereal,toast,muffin and waffle with fresh coffee and juice option. After doing my research on the crime around this location worked best for my family safety.

Microtel by Wyndham, is an older, quaint residence that is very clean, and hospitable. The staff is comparable to the more high-end hotels and address your needs quickly. The beds are so comfortable, you have no problems with comfort and my favorite, the window seat. I was very satisfied and I give this establishment a 9.5 rating.
