Extended Stay America Select Suites- Memphis - Cordova

My over-all stay was cool. The first day, the tv wasn't working. I informed the hotel rep and nothing was done that evening. The next morning another hotel rep knocked on my door waking me up in order for the pest control agent to spray my room. I was not pleased being woke that early after a long flight the previous day. Once again I inform the hotel rep that the tv was not working. She assured me that she would send someone to take care of it. A few hours passed before someone came and took care of the issue. Other than that, my over-all stay for the week was cool.

Positive: Based on the star level and the category, this hotel met expectations exactly. We had to leave a day early and they would not refund the day, but that is our issue not theirs. Negative: Would not refund a day when we had to leave early. It was an 8 day stay and we did not think it was unreasonable to reduce it to 7 days, but we the request was rejected. Still gave the hotel a good rating, but this is the first time that happened.

This was a wonder relaxing place to stay. Room was very clean, staff extremely nice. Park lot did have pot hole in the entrance in front need taken care of. Both over all great place and nice staff.

Excellent service & location. Plenty of stores & restaurants in walking distance. Safe, beautiful & upscale area. Superb service! Laura and Danielle were super friendly, diligent and professional. Laura OVER exceeded all of our expectations. Laura was extremely diligent, kind, trustworthy and a tremendous BLESSING to me and my 94 year old Father. We will definitely be back & we highly recommend staying at this Extended Stay America Select Suites location.
