Staybridge Suites Houston I-10 West-Beltway 8 by IHG

This was our second time to stay here and the front desk staff have really gone out of their way to take care of our needs. They are very friendly and helpful. Amo and Diana are exceptional with the way they treat the guests. They both are fantastic. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

This is a really nice hotel! My room was good and they offer quite the Variation in the breakfast menu. The complimentary dinner on Mondays through Wednesdays is also good and staff are very friendly. Laundry is free as well so that's another bonus. Only the fitness room might need some updating but apart from that I really enjoyed my stay here.

Pool has been closed since April 30th by the Houston city department in charge of inspection. I would think 2 full months would be enough time to fix whatever the issue is, but the pool and hot tub are still closed July 5th….we booked this one because it did have a hot tub. The room smells of mildew and feet, but the appears surface clean (the dust bunnies under everything indicate a thorough cleaning would be useful.) The common areas feels as though an air conditioner is out. The breakfast is top notch - something for all of my picky eaters!

The two bedroom suite was great. There was a small hole in the wall behind the door, the breakfast was average, the hot tub was only warm. Everything was clean and no bad smells. Good parking. Not fancy, but a very nice place to stay. The front desk staff were outstanding.

I was disappointed. I have stayed at other Staybridges and this one is the worst one so far. No weights in the gym though there are pictures of weights on the website. Staff members eat breakfast and sit at tables when people are trying to find a seat. This happened mutiple days. The place needs renovations. The worst part was the amount of cockroaches. I kept killing them in my room and more kept coming back. I stopped counting after 6. Then there were more in the hallways.
