Staybridge Suites - Colorado Springs NE Powers, an IHG Hotel

I had an amazing experience during my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was absolutely delicious— the breakfast was fresh and full of flavor. The environment was so peaceful, and around the property was comforting and relaxing atmosphere. The waiter and front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, and Jenni was especially kind and helpful. Their warmth and professionalism truly made the stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and a warm, enjoyable experience!

Checked in during the first snow of the season. The desk clerk, Aaron, was fantastic. We were cold, stressed and exhausted. He was quick and efficient, but also friendly and caring. Perfect. Room was very spacious (we got a room with separate living space) and it is spotless and comfortable. View this morning was also incredible! Last night the hot tub was hopping!

Very great location. Facility is SUPER clean. Front desk staff ASHLEY, ROBIN and JASMINE are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Breakfast chef, JENNY, is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL and she does an OVER-THE-TOP job with Breakfast and the kitchen and dining area are SUPER CLEAN and it's delicous. Social hour chef, OLGA, is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, and also does a GREAT job with the food. Cleaner, EVELYN, does an OUTSTANDING job of keeping the lobby EXQUISITE. This hotel and ALL the staff have made my stay FANTASTIC. The room was perfect. The views from the lobby and outdoor deck are so beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Stayed three nights. Not awful, but not great.||Housekeeping service guidance is in conflict. They give you a key packet saying one thing, and signs in the elevator say another thing. We were there for three nights, and we got housekeeping zero times (despite signs saying "stayover service"--towels, trash, etc. was to occur on weekdays). We were able to pick-up new towels at the front desk, at least.||Front desk service was mixed. The people were reasonably polite, but some basic training is still needed. For example, the clerk who checked me in had his headphones in. The desk was also frequently unstaffed.||Breakfast staff were hardworking, but the offering was fairly dismal. Raisin bran was completely stale; oatmeal was gloopy. Decaf coffee had been sitting there for four hours

The hotel was a great place to stay. My 17-year-old daughter wanted to spend time with her friends and celebrate her birthday. The room was plenty big to move around and enjoy food, cake, open her gifts, and sleep comfortably. I liked having the kitchen with a regular-size refrigerator to keep the food we brought cold. I loved all the counter space in the kitchen and the bar-style table to lay the pizza and food items on. Having a kitchen sink to clean things was nice too. The girls had fun in the hot tub and pool. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of food choices to eat. The price was very reasonable for a one-bedroom with two queen beds, a sofa bed, and living room space. This was the second time we stayed at this specific hotel. We celebrated my daughter's 14th birthday
