Staybridge Suites Auburn – University Area by IHG

This hotel is incredible. The breakfast that’s free is amazing and there is a soda fountain machine with Coke products that’s free! The breakfast selections were super fancy. The room I had was very clean, and staff were very nice. Hot water, water pressure, Wi-Fi, and toiletries were also all very good. I’ve stayed in five star hotels that weren’t as nice as this hotel. There’s also little things that you’ll notice in your room that they really thought out for their guests for convenience. Plus, it’s much cheaper compared to Marriott or Hilton! I highly recommend! Keep up the good work!

Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Only complaint would be a little pricey for the area. Other than that, the suite was incredible. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the shower/ bath wash and hand wash by Dove. I think they regulate the thermostat because I would set the AC to 69 but eventit would climb up to 73. Staff was overly friendly ( as well as the other guests). Breakfast was good - Could have provided one or two more hot items but overall it was good. Great selections of juices, even had soda options. Hotel had a small bar but we brought our own libations.

The hotel is very Clean and well-maintained inside out. Back porch is spacious with well designed and maintained landscaping, Outdoor pool is opening to give a Nice view rather than many other hotels now just cover up with a ugly plastic. Parking lot is wide, and has a lot of parking lots which is huge Plus in Auburn where it is nearly IMPISSIBLE to get a parking lot in which all are small and tight..... It can be super if gym has windows for safety and view The vast majority of the staff here embodies the core of customer service and created a super nice guest experience. They are professional, helpful, customer-oriented with happy smile. Excellent hotel overall. Big and clean rooms. Very friendly staff-and wonderful evening social hour. Only downside is location-convenient off interstate- but not very walking friendly to area restaurants and difficult to head south on US 29. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
