Bar-W RV Park

A hidden gem in Auburn! Mr. Mike was wonderful, showing us around the property. The kids played putt-putt. We enjoyed exploring the grounds and seeing the farm animals. Everything was well maintained. This is located near campus with the feel of the plains. We will definitely be back!

We were there the week of Thanksgiving 2020 and had a very nice stay. Got to know owners and they were incredible hosts, very accommodating. We cooked out on Mike's smoker every other night, entertained visitors and enjoyed the patio area, nothing fancy but perfectly accommodating from my perspective. It's off the beaten path a little bit so it's quiet and peaceful. While we were there I needed to perform a couple maintenance tasks and change the generator oil and filter. Not only did Mike loan me a couple tools, he disposed of the used oil and filter for me. That was way above and beyond when it comes to taking care of his guests.||We will definitely be a repeat customer while our daughter is at Auburn University.'

BAR-W has been a huge blessing on our journey. The Ward’s are such caring and compassionate people. They have created the most beautiful campsite 🏕️. Please see our pictures below…

Our kind of place. Woodsy, quiet, well maintained. Wonderful to be surrounded by nature and greeted by colorful chickens in the morning. Owner met us at the entrance and led us to our nice sized lot in his 4 wheeler with canine sidekick seated next to him. Will be back if ever in the area again.

If peace and tranquility is what you want out of a campground, this is the place to be. I had an absolutely lovely time at this campground during my medical rotation through the area. The owners were always incredibly kind and accommodating when needed. I sit outside with my dogs for hours reading a book and listening to the birds and cows. They are located in a convenient location as well - anything you need is within a 20 minute drive! As a single female, I can confidently say that you can feel safe here. If I ever come back through this area, I will be staying here.
