Courtyard by Marriott Auburn

Our company provided business services to this Marriott hotel on West Pace Blvd in May, and as of now we still have not been paid. This has been brought to the attention of multiple managers, all of whom are aware of the outstanding balance. As a business owner, I believe how a company handles its obligations says a lot about its integrity. If I were choosing a place to stay, I would want to stay at a hotel with reputable management that pays its vendors and follows through on commitments. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here.

Was in town for a graduation ceremony and the host planned us to stay at the courtyard Marriott in Auburn.|It was actually a delightful experience. Hotel is in a great location and they have an actual Starbucks store in the lobby||The rooms are nice. Bed was comfortable so what more could you ask for?|But what struck me the most is how incredibly professional, friendly and helpful the staff was at the front desk when you check in. ||Kyla Tubbs, and Macie McGarry were just flat out exceptional |These ladies know all about hospitality and made our trip that much better!

This hotel is very neat and clean. I had one issue with my TV not working but Artie fixed it right away. He’s very professional and respectful. I will definitely be returning to this property.

It was a beautiful and immaculate room that was very well kept. The staff was wonderful during my stay. Thanks so much Mrs Tracy for being so helpful and polite.
