I loved my stay ♥️ there is a 250 accidental fee that I was not aware of but after being educated on everything by Avery it was worth it the rooms are great spacious with a full kitchen abd the bed was so comfortable, very clean and easy to navigate for interstate to mall. It was a quick stay for the holidays but I would refer anyday

Checked in on labor day about 5 pm. Room was clean and had all kitchen items. Both TVs were not working. Notified the manager. They offered another room or, they would replace both the next day. We had carried our items into the room. So we unpacked and went to bed. Paid for the remaining 3 nights the next morning and left for the job we were there for. 745 AM. Got back to the room about 630PM Tue. and was locked out of our room on the 3rd floor with ice cream and other groceries. Went back down to the office and was then informed, We moved you to another room because they had no replacement for the broken TV. Issued me new key for the new room, 3 doors down. Went back upstairs, started moving to the new room and found the attached pic of flyer stuck in the door of the room. So, I had t

My family and I keep coming back to this hotel every time we are in the Columbia area. It is very clean and is a very quiet and relaxing environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that there is a full kitchen so we can eat in if we want. There are separate rooms for sleeping and entertaining so my son was able to sit in a quiet room and do his homework while we traveled. Don’t pass this hotel up when looking for lodging near Columbia SC!

NASTY!!!! LAZY GENERAL MANAGER! Stayed here for work trip about 7 weeks, lawn was mowed the week I left. Weeds so high I couldn't walk my dog the weeds were above his head. GENERAL MANAGER SAM, parked in the Handicap parking spots everyday but has NO DISABILITY, I watched customers with disabilities have to walk or be dropped off/picked up at the door because she was taking up a handicap spot. NO TOILET PAPER EVER SO BRING SOME! FLOORS ARE NASTY AND NOT SWEPT, TRASH ALL OVER PARKING LOT. FEONT DOOR WONT LOCK ANYONE CAN JUST OPEN THE DOOR AND ENTER WITHHOUT A KEY, IT WAS BROUGHT TO HER ATTENTION BY ANOTHER CONCERNED GUEST, I SEEN HER SHOWING IT TO HER BUT IT WAS NEVER FIXED, THE GM LIVES THERE AND SEES ALL OF THIS AND DOES NOTHING, THIS IS THE HOTELS GM! THIS IS A NEWER FACILITY AND IS BEIN

I have no complaints about this property. I was here a week. And the rooms are clean. The location is within walking distance to many food spots. I had nobody bother me the entire week. It was refreshing. The laundry has an app on your phone you can tap to pay with so no quarters needed. I will say they give you extra room keys for a reason. The office closes early every night. And I left my key inside one night and it was a good hour wait for someone to come and let me in. She didn't have an attitude and wasn't aggravated about it. Like you would expect. They also have big fire pits outside you can make s'mores on. It was really nice 🙂
