Stay-Well Inn Monroe

If I could leave zero stars I would. We booked a 2 bed and got 1. Couldn't get clean towels. We had to turn them in and get them washed, which really isn't a big deal, except that was never mentioned so when I went to get clean towels, like you do at any motel I've ever stayed at, which includes motels in the. Ity of Detroit, I couldn't because they said they only had enough towels for each room. The night desk worker stood outside the office with 6 or 7 other people drinking liquor. When we went to check out I asked if we could get an extra hour because we were waiting on an Uber, they said no and I even offered $25 and the room is only $50 a night. They still said no. So I said even though your plumber was in and out of our room for 5 hours yesterday keeping the door open and we have our

Positive: Absolutely nothing! Negative: Room had cockroaches was dirty, had no trashcan, no toilet paper, trouble getting our room keys to work, and it smelled AWFUL!😣 We left as soon as we got there! 0/10 do not stay here

Not sure about their pillows I always bring my own. Bed was somewhat no very uncomfortable. It was quite at night. They barbecue grills around I did ask if they were for everyone’s use just the one staying long term.

When I got here there was blood on the floor the microwave did not work with no plate in it the stove is grubby with chunks of burnt food in it there's blood and paint stuff all over the floors had dirty sheets with no blanket I went to the front desk to complain about the blanket and she gave me an extra sheet set and said id have to use that as a blanket because they didn't have enough blankets and then I just called to let her know about all these complaints and she said that she was aware that the rooms weren't in all that great of condition And that she would just have to let somebody else know about the problem there was no offer for room compensation no nothing There is no shampoos or conditioners at this place it is considered a Hilton owned corporation the door jocks have been pro

⚠️ stay far away ⚠️ By far the worst motel in Monroe. Sure, it's cheap and it's location has a bit to offer. That's where the positives stop. The manager, April, is extremely rude and seems to think she's always right. Without proper explanation she told me my check out date was the day prior to me doing so. And when i explained her that her staff told me i have another night, she proceeded to keep telling me "that doesn't make sense" and "why didn't you check out yesterday?" I'm left wondering why she didn't come knocking the day she thought my check out was?? Now she's telling people i called her names which of course is a lie. So she's rude, inconsiderate, and a liar. Exactly what every establishment needs🙄
