Stay Plus Extended Stay Suites

Upon arrival, the receptionist was very pleasant. She informed me that I was pre checked in and that was great because they had over booked. When I got to my room, it was very noisy due to the room next to me having what seems to be a party, and I could not rest. I could not use the water because when I turned on the shower, it sputtered then the water came out black. I googled it and this is what it said: Black water refers primarily to highly contaminated wastewater from toilets, sinks, and dishwashers containing human waste, pathogens, and grease, requiring specialized treatment. It is distinct from greywater and poses severe health risks. It can also refer to dark-colored water in swamps or natural, nutrient-rich, or polluted water bodies. Room was super clean, staff was incredible nice, and it was a pleasurable experience. Also the best water pressure in the shower I’ve ever seen. Was great for our game day experience and only a short drive to campus. Will be staying again.

Stayed there 7 days. First day the front stove eye wouldn’t work, maintenance came to fix it, he said it was fixed but it wasn’t. Second day he comes out to fix it yet again but fails to fix it, he eventually takes the whole stove insert out and replaces it, but still doesn’t work. Third day I’m making dinner for my family on one stove eye, I turn around and my cabinet door is hanging on by one hinge. I go to the front office and ask if they can fix it but they are acting like it’s my fault, guy comes in and uses a drill and it’s fixed in 2 mins or less. No maintenance man on the weekends. This hotel doesn’t like it when you ask for things at the front desk or ask to borrow the dust pan because they don’t provide a broom or dust pan. I rarely ever leave reviews but I had to this time because the service was great. The general manager Regina went above and beyond with her courtesy while I stayed over the weekend! I come to Auburn once a year and that type of treatment makes me want to choose this location again. The other staff members were also kind when I first check in but I do not remember the names. I think they have (5) star service!

My parents needed a place to stay last minute during this past storm this weekend and Melody and Maurice took excellent care of them. The entire place has been newly renovated and it is very nice. I highly recommend them and their great customer service!
