NOT as advertised!!! Looks like something from the 70s in desperate need of renovation. Not well marked! Bullet proof glass at desk!! Did not feel safe! I left. So should you.

Room sink was linking report it to the office they said they will fix the problem then the maintenance came and told me that management say the part is to costly

I did not stay, I showed up to find people loitering, smoking weed and staring people down. There was bulletproof glass at the front desk, and the lobby was completely empty. I felt extremely unsafe so I found another hotel to stay in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

No TV in my room..... Cabinet broken, no microwave. Wall mirror cracked.

They are stealing people FEMA benefits. I showed up to my room yesterday night and they had some woman staying in my room. I had things in my room and it was gone. They never replaced anything. One of the housekeepers were being rude to me when i asked for clean sheets one night asking me if im gonna pay her a check. The sink was broken when i moved in there and the door knob is missing on the bathroom door, not to mention the moldy ordor that started happening in my room. Theres always people hanging outside over there or homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. There are drug users walking around there as well. This was the worse experience me and my childten could ever experience when staying at a place. They even tried to ask me for a cooy of my SSI card as if thats legal. Its some s
