Great location and a lovely co-working space. I consider myself a difficult customer with tons of requests and concerns, so imagine my reaction when every single thing was addressed and resolved immediately, like I was the most important guest on the planet. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. PS: Not only is Pete a radiant person and a great manager, but he also makes the best coffee!

I really appreciate the Studio/Stay 424 experience I’ve had! Accommodations are comfortable and my bed was great after a long evening in the city. Very easy to check in and out, and the owner allowed me to use the co-working space as well (which is a great place to work and relax while visiting the area) Highly recommend this place if you want a good place to stay in Wicker Park 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Thank you, Eric, Ceilia, and Pete, for a wonderful, convenient, and comfortable room! We slept like a dream both nights, pillows, bedding, and bed were soft and clean. Location is perfect. 5 min cab rides and 15 min walk to Milwaukee St. Thanks again, we will be back!

Pete was amazing and very accommodating, everything was super clean and organized. He even left us his number in case we needed any thing throughout the night. Thanks again for helping us last minute, we’ll definitely be back !

I was very grateful to the host Brian and manager Anwar who went out of their way to hook us up with rooms that were on the same level. They really didn't have to do all that for late night arrivals. Friendly and courteous.
