If I could leave negative star review I would. We had called ahead of time to get permission to get a room and take some photos and was told it was fine although the man who answered the phone was rude and just hung up after saying that. Showed up the day we told them we were and the old lady at the front was even worse. No sense of professional mannerism, politeness, or respect. We still paid for the room, although we were there for an hour, it was no issue for us, but it was definitely overpriced. She had no sense in customer service, was rude from the very beginning with no reason. DO NOT COME HERE. From how empty it was when showing up, I can see why. Not sure how they are still in business. Please listen to the other negative reviews on this place.

Don't waste your time and money here. This place stays pretty empty for a reason. Decent rehab, but run by super cheap foreigners . They're not all bad, but these guys are. Stayed here for a week, and was happy to check out a day early. No refund of course. The place is seriously overpriced, considering they provide only two towels, and no floormat for the shower, no way to get away from the water in the shower without shutting the water off completely, no lamps. one filthy washcloth (for wiping the floors), and zero room service. I killed 3 of the biggest roaches I've ever seen in Arizona here. I personally will never stay here again.

Positive: Was clean and quiet. Negative: Had a slight smell on cigarette smoke.

Worst place I've ever stayed. I was woken up by 3 employees (female & 2 male) at 9AM before check out. I was not dressed and they had began cleaning before I was even up. It was a very scary experience. This was the only place available late at night - very bad smell, bad location & terrible service.

So I've stayed here off and on a couple of times there was this older lady here they used to work here or lived here really rude they got rid of her.. Now the parents are acting a little weird the owners that are on this place towards me.. I don't understand why if I come and make a money and haven't done anything to them.. The sun the gentleman he's really nice polite. But maybe they don't want my business here no more maybe I'll just take my business somewhere else that I have been taking lately.. And I'll probably just continue taking my business over there this is very sad that they just keep putting me in this room 133 I think they do it because they want me to leave..
