Stardust Motel Azusa

Expectations went above and beyond. The room was very inviting. We got the room with with a jacuzzi and it was large enough for 2 full size adults

This place has really changed and for the better! The new management is so much more helpful than management prior to them! They accommodated all my needs and were super friendly! The rooms were clean so I stayed another night!

The room was clean and comfortable. I have a few minor concerns to note: 1) The hot water supply was limited. 2) There was no stopper available for the bathtub. 3) The bathroom door handle was loose and tended to come off when attempting to open the door from the outside. 4) We were not informed that checkout is at 10:30 AM, as opposed to the more common 11:00 AM, which resulted in us being slightly late. Aside from these issues, everything else was satisfactory. I also appreciated that there were no pests present, which is uncommon in similar hotels. I would definitely consider staying here again.
