We had an incredible experience at this hotel, all thanks to the amazing staff—especially Clarissa and another team member whose name we, unfortunately, didn’t catch.||After leaving another hotel due to poor service and unprofessionalism, we arrived here late at night on July 18, feeling stressed and disappointed. Clarissa welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism, staying a few minutes past her shift just to make sure we were checked in and comfortable. Her kindness immediately put us at ease.||The other staff member working that night was equally thoughtful, greeting us each evening and checking in to make sure we were doing well. Surprise stay for a couple nights due to plumbing. Surprisingly enjoyed very much. Staff was very friendly, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast 6-9/10 was great! I live for oatmeal and yougurt tho and bagels. Didn't try rest. Bed was very comfortable...I will say the mattress on the fold out couch was not and my daughter chose to just keep as a couch and sleep that way. Full fridge/kitchen. Decent gym. laundry machines on site. Didn't look at pool. Lobby doors lock your key gets you axs.

Positive: How clean the parking lot, lobby, hallways and rooms where. Negative: No ramp in the back of the hotel.

It was fine. Mostly it was clean and didn’t smell overpoweringly of cleaning agents or air fresheners. Pillows were good, bed comfy enough, but everything seemed so thin - the walls, the furniture…but again it was clean which I really appreciate. The gym had everything I need - nice to see a Peloton and free weights. The breakfast was pretty good too, many options. Was happy to see a big pot of oatmeal! Air condition was loud as hell though. Had to finally turn it off as the cycling of the fan would wake me up.

Unacceptable experience - Sleepless night and Wrongful charges I had a nightmare experience at Home2 Suites Azusa. First, the noise control is non-existent. Neighbors were playing loud music, watching TV, and shouting until 3 AM. Despite being a Hilton Honors member, I got zero sleep as the hotel failed to maintain a quiet environment. More shockingly, after check-out, I was wrongfully charged an $82.50 "pet fee." The hotel falsely claimed they saw a pet on camera. I DID NOT have any pets with me. This is an unauthorized and fraudulent charge. I have stayed at many Hilton properties, but this is by far the worst management I’ve encountered. I demand a full refund of the pet fee and compensation for the severe disturbance. Avoid this hotel if you value your sleep and your money.
