Dirtiest room I’ve ever been in, bad customer service. Worker works like he doesn’t want to be there. Buddy walked in my room in the room after knocking even tho I answered him, think he might need to learn English before working to understand to not walk into rooms. No towels, dirtiest carpet, room smelled horrible. Never left a review before but this experience was horrible that I just had too. Last thing you hear everything from your room and it feels like this room hasn’t been cleaned or updated since the late 90s but what do you expect from a crappy hotel. Hope the worker attends English classes and learns a bit of good customer service 😊

We were very comfortable. Interior was satisfactory… clean, stocked, in good repair. So glad to have hardwood floors instead of carpet! There were plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It was very quiet even though it is off a very busy street. Most importantly we felt safe.

Disgusting rooms, it smelled like someone had smoked in the toom and they tried to cover it up without actually cleaning. The bed didnt even have sheets just a low quality blanket. Everything in the room looked gross and run down. Left immediately after seeing the room and still got charged a service fee.

For starters when I called they told me the rate was $71 a night. When I arrived it became $90. He then charged me a $30 deposit when he has a paper up stating it was $20 and when i asked about it, he said it was old. He was super rude, and only cared about the money. He tried to keep my money until I had to tell him to give me change. During our stay, the rooms were dirty, Alot of roaches, graffiti, outdated equipment among other things. The checking out process was worse. Worse place ever , please do not stay here , its not worth it. I wish i would have took pictures.

Their welcoming demeanor and readiness to assist truly enhanced the experience. The room I stayed in was clean and recently renovated, offering a fresh and inviting ambiance. The attention to cleanliness and modern upgrades made it a delightful space to relax after a day of activities. While I did not utilize many amenities during my stay, the overall environment of the hotel suggested a well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged facility.
