Star Inn Hotel Sea World

Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Random lady walked her dog outside & let it defecate in the parking lot right by the cars. Front desk tells you need to leave a $20 CASH ONLY deposit at the front desk otherwise they take your drivers license as collateral which they did to me. When I got inside my room the shower curtains were yellow from filth & smoke. There was ashes left inside of the sink & toilet that nobody bothered to clean up. I’m not a picky person so I ignored it & went to bed on a mattress that felt more like sleeping on concrete & questionable smelling pillows. I woke up in the middle of the night to find a baby roach crawling on me. When I turned the light on I counted at least 10 of them around the entire room. I quickly checked out & notified the desk who did absolutely noth

Has bed bugs has to sprinkle diatemouz earth on bed and around. Had to spray off spray on me and my husband and rubbing alcohol to keep them from bitting us. Front desk lady was obnoxiously rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend this place for my enemy

37 years ago my husband and I stayed here on our wedding night in the bridal sweet, it was nice back then. Don't know if they still have it or not, it was a big room above the o We came here today to get away for a couple of days and I'm very disappointed. Luckily I hadn't own cleaning supplies with me. I had to clean the microwave, fridge and tub before we could use them. Also there was only one towel in here and no toilet paper. I called the front desk and they brought some for us pretty quickly. My husband isn't even here yet and I know he's going to be disappointed.

The room wasn’t the best but was far from the worst. However, the manager Letty, made me feel like a king and is probably one of the hardest working managers I have ever met. If you’re looking for a place that is comfortable and affordable, don’t overlook this establishment. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but you will have a pleasant experience.

I've stayed at Star Inn before, but it's been awhile. After I spoke with the front desk, I was walking to my room, as I opened the door, the place looked wonderful! They did some renovations. The room looked nice and clean, painted, the furniture was upgraded and it looked really nice!
