St Pete Shores Hotel

Complete bait and switch… Booked for what we thought was Sirata Beach Resort just to figure out buildings 3 & 4 are no longer Sirata Beach Resort but now this trash hotel. Yes it’s older but the fact that none of the beds have actual fitted sheets on them and the family room bunk beds with no blankets just 2 flat sheets is disgusting and unsanitary. King size bed flat sheet on top of stained mattress cover that clearly is not changed after every guest because no way a flat sheet to staying put on a king size bed. Continuously running toilet and do not bother to call the front desk because the line no longer works and the other options just ring and ring. Room was not ready at 4pm check in time either. Plus the sliding glass door for balcony is now screwed just and inoperable. All the staff
