The Gulf Beach Resort

We've gone for 3 years now. The best place ever! Me and my husband were lucky enough to find this wonderful condo. Kathy, the manager is what truly makes it. She cares about each and every one of her guests. It stays quite and relaxing because she's there. Steps to the ocean and within walking distance to everything you need. We are looking forward to many more stays at this lovely condo!!

We have stayed at the Gulf Beach a number of times previously and just love everything about the resort. The facilities themselves and the exquisite location make this the place to go for a fantastic beach vacation. One of the truly best things about the resort is Kathy, the manager, she ensures that the premises are maintained to the highest standard and is always on hand for advice on things like restaurants or things to do.. Having seen pictures of the devastation caused by the two hurricanes last year it is incredible that Kathy and her team have managed to get the resort back to its best so quickly.. Very affordable, if you can get a polite and courteous response to the availability of the rooms. Extremely difficult to book a room. There are better places to stay in St Pete and I would highly recommend finding one.

Have stayed here many time in the past several years. The facility is great. Always clean and well maintained rooms and property. The manager ( Kathy) is an outstanding ambassador for the resort and really takes time to get to know the guests and their needs! I highly recommend you staying here! There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe my husband’s and my experiences at the Gulf Beach Resort and its manager, Kathy Collins. We have been returning to the Gulf Beach Resort for 23 years and are planning our yearly two-month stay for 2026. This resort is truly a paradise. Each unit is independently owned but all are managed by Kathy. She is so much more than a manager as she treats everything about the Gulf Beach as if it were her own. She knows each unit and always encourages the owners to update them. If you need a particular pan, dish, utensil, she will quickly locate that particular item for you.
