Sunrise Resort

Great morning sunrise!!! The porch is nice to enjoy coffee and start your morning off right on the water. It was in walkable distance of the conference we attended which was great. We ate out for the duration of our trip so we didn’t use the kitchen much but it seems to be stocked with everything you could need. The host communicated well, and was very welcoming. I would have liked to do laundry but the washer doesn’t look like it is maintained well, the rubber looks old and moldy as front load washers need regular maintenance to keep clean, but that is our only complaint. We would stay again!

This condo was the perfect place to stay for our trip. Everything was so clean, stocked, and in great working condition. The beds are so comfortable, I slept like an angel. The view of the bay from the balcony is beautiful in the morning. The condo amenities were also really well kept and clean. We were in walking distance to everything that we did and the beach is right across the street! Highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back!

My family just had the greatest vacation here and we can’t wait to come back next year! The resort is located on the bay side, and also just steps away from the beach with great views of both! We stayed in penthouse 3 (PH3) which had a very modern beach vibe and everything we needed from in unit laundry, a full kitchen, two living areas, a large dining table, and sleeps six people comfortably. The resort features a large pool and a tennis/pickleball court.

We had the best experience at Sunrise Resorts! The two bedroom, two bathroom condo that we stayed in was beautiful. Both rooms had king size beds and were very comfortable to sleep in. All of the rooms have a view of the bay (with a balcony) and as you open your eyes during a summer morning, the sun is just rising, which makes for a beautiful way to wake up. Our kitchen was not only fully equipped with important kitchen items, but they also had dish detergent, sponges, packs of Folgers coffee and dishwasher pods. It was stocked with other necessities such as paper towels, garbage bags, plastic containers, etc. It was also awesome that the room had four lightweight beach towels for us to use as well. The grounds are beautiful, with a pool, tennis courts, bbq in a pavilion, fishing do

I have only visited there annually when a good friend comes for vacations with her grandchildren. The resort is well kept. The pool is gorgeous. The rental condos are spacious with open living rooms and dining area. The bedrooms have very good quality beds and dressers and the bathroom(s) are well sized and beautifully tiled. A view of the intercoastal waterway and the pool can be seen on the back balcony. To go to the beach, all you have to do is cross the street and walk through the Tradewinds parking lot. Just be sure to be careful. Gulf Blvd is a very busy street. There are many stores and restaurants close by, even an ice cream shoppe. There is an office in the building with receptionists willing to help. The elevators run well and are very clean.
