Caprice Resort

Our stay at the Caprice Resort in St. Pete Beach, FL was truly wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the views of the Gulf made every moment feel special. Leeann stood out as such a kind and helpful person, always ready to make our experience better. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and we appreciate her so much. Each visit reminds us why we love coming back to the Caprice—it feels like a second home. The resort offers both comfort and charm, making it the perfect getaway spot. We look forward to returning again and again, knowing Leeann and the Caprice team will make it memorable.

We stayed in unit 202 which was recently renovated and was exactly as advertised. | The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make some meals. The unit overlooks the pool and the gulf which was great. It's resort is situated near many good restaurants and beach bars on St Pete Beach and not far from John's Pass one way and Pass-a-Grille the other. Would highly recommend!

Amazing location with super easy beach access. The unit we rented had incredible views. Beach is lively because it is next to a public access area- has volleyball nets, beach rentals and a DJ. Beach does have some rocky areas but there’s also plenty of open space areas too. Plenty of private parking in the building and the common areas were clean. Lots of food and bars within walking distance. Not luxurious but nice for a typical beach side basic rental.

We stayed here during Christmas 2024 and left on the 30th. Our room was beautifully furnished and we had great views. Everything you may want or need is close by. We enjoyed the activity on the beach and the weather was great. Leann made sure everything was taken care of and is an asset to the Caprice!

My family discovered this place 3 years ago and now it's our annual beach vacation home. Love everything about it. ❤️
