Highly recommend! Clean, renovated rooms! Comfortable bed and our sweet pup was welcomed too! We can feel the effort, pride of ownership, and care to provide an optimal experience for their guests. Beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons are available and so convenient for guests to bring to the beach! It’s a gem of a place to retreat to for a memorable beach vacation in beautiful Pass-a-Grille!

We had taken part of the Hot Chocolate 5k in Tampa and decided to extend our trip at the beach. The ladies are great with communication and having extra items like beach chairs , beach wagons, etc. we stayed only two nights but if one was to have a week long stay there is a kitchenette and patio with grills. Our unit was very charming with a berry comfortable bed. The beach is a two minute walk. The area has restaurant options. Private parking in the back.

We loved everything about the Coconut Inn! The staff were so nice and welcoming. The room was cute as a button and had everything we needed and was super clean! The location is perfect, one short block off the beach. Lots of fun restaurants within walking distance. Pass-A-Grille is a gem of a neighborhood. And we just loved Baxter the resident cat!! This is the perfect place for a getaway on St. Pete Beach!!

Loved this place. Felt like the old Key West. Owners could not have been more friendly. Warm pool in a cold period. Walkable to all the Pass a Grill restaurants where we love Seahorse. Best was the outdoor gas grill where we bought steaks at Shaners market and had the best steaks 2 of the 4 days. Beach right across the street and used their chairs every day without the expenses in the beach. Free bikes. Great bed. What was not to love??

I'm going to start with... I don't even want to rate this place. We loved it so much, I don't want to do anything to make it busier so we can enjoy it again like our own secret, I just feel obligated to share! There is so much good here, cute and quaint rooms, a quiet courtyard pool, a full outdoor kitchen, courtyard gazebo area, complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing gear, bikes, paddle board, coffee, creamers, well equipped kitchens, comp guest parking, air conditioning, heat, literally a block (feels closer) from the beach, I just don't know what else to say. We loved it. Oh, and Baxter, legendary house (and neighborhood) cat, friendly and illusive. It's like staying in a friend's home at the beach.
