Springville Inn

We recently had a bridal shower here for my daughter. The staff went out of their way to help me pull off a great celebration. The price was ridiculously affordable, especially when compared to other options in the area. The space that we rented was upstairs in a very cute space that holds up to 75 people. This is the second event we have had at the Springville Inn and we are also using it again for the wedding in March. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s brilliant!

We booked this room for two nights. The room was horrible. The heater didn't work, so no heat. I lifted the toilet seat and wished I hadn't. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. The smoke alarm kept going off for no reason. The door had a crack in it. The blinds did not keep light out. This was so bad that we kissed off our money for the second night (Non-refundable) and moved to the Holiday Inn Express in Porterville.||Don't even consider staying here!

Bad food and dishonest! This is a dishonest and falling apart business. I came from pretty far away so they lied and said they had one room left to stress me out and take the ridiculously high rate of $141 for a sub par stay. I was one of two rooms occupied the entire week!!! I was in town for work and afterwords was warned not to stay here- I never have again. The room/bed was uncomfortable and dirty. Carpet felt 100 years old. Everything creeked and made noise especially the bed, shower and ac unit. They press you to eat at their restaurant and said it was supposed to be open until 9pm (also where you would get Ice) but it was closed early every night. So, I had to buy ice and keep my items in a cooler since the only amenity was the world’s smallest fridge. No coffee pot or microwave.

This place was great when owned by previous people as Franks Inn and Restaurant. Once Poor Richards bought it, the rooms went downhill, and the food is still dry, super thin pizza. Some nights are better than others. The service is decent, with 2 girls working. They do their best. The video games are old and barely work, plus they are expensive.

I was there for a wedding in Sprinville. I think it's the only hotel in town. It was conveniently located. When I needed assistance, I received it promptly. Friendly people at the Pizza place that's connected to the hotel.
