This lodge was beautiful! Room was clean and cozy feeling. Surrounding community was so welcoming and friendly. Views were stunning! Our stay here was unfortunately disappointing due to the lack of communication and staff presence. The day before our trip, I called the number listed on Booking.com to inform them we’d be arriving later than planned. The person I spoke with assured me a message would be sent with our room code and Wi-Fi password and everything else was handled. When we arrived, no message had been sent—and there was no front office or staff on site to help. With no cell service in the area and no Wi-Fi access, we had no way to reach anyone for assistance. After waiting and driving around never seeing an employee, my husband and I ended up sleeping in our car, losing a nig

Newly renovated and reopened. The property is well maintained. Free wifi. The only issue is there is no a/c in the rooms; they do provide fans. The rooms do cool down at night but can get hot during the day. The beds are comfortable, and the cabin is well-appointed.

We booked here very last minute after a cancellation somewhere else and we're very happy with our night there. There a lot of great hiking spots in the area. There is a nice tavern across the street with music and simple food, but it was all good. The lodge itself was empty when we were there, but we were free to hang out there. And it had a nice little breakfast. All around, very pleasant. No wifi in the rooms though.

Great place to disconnect. If you need T.V, WIFI, cell service, or a phone this is not your place. Had a great weekend just relaxing and hiking. Views are beautiful, we saw deer and coyotes on the lawn. Very rustic, beds are comfortable, showers are you, has a mini fridge, and small coffee pot. They need to add small microwaves as the main lodge is not accessible to normal guests and provide coffee. They do provide yes and hot chocolate. They provide games in your room and lawn games. General store (expensive), and bar and grill across the street. A mile down the road is Pier Point and they have great breakfast. I will definitely return and recommend staying here if you need a place to truly relax.

The lodge has spacious updated rooms! The main lodge is not open- just the rooms! They are managed by Guest Equity.
