SpringHill Suites by Marriott Suwanee Johns Creek

I rarely leave critical reviews, but the breakfast experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing — it felt intentionally neglected. For two consecutive mornings, the “complimentary breakfast” was a complete mess, and the staff clearly didn’t care. The self-serve kitchen area looked abandoned. Trash cans were overflowing, garbage was spilling onto the floor, and guests were left holding their trash with nowhere to put it. The buffet itself was almost empty an hour before breakfast was even supposed to end (it runs from 6:30–9:30). Scrambled eggs were dried out and burned, a few boiled eggs remained, and everything else — bacon, sausage, bread, waffle mix, cereal — was simply missing. This wasn’t due to a crowd. Only a handful of people were there, many with kids, standing and waiting

Positive: Quiet, had coffee and hot water available Negative: Huge soil stain on mattress. Disgusting. Receipt stated 3 guests. I was alone.

First of all the Hospitality was Excellent at check in time and the Beautiful African American young lady and young Man were very nice and Professional. The room I have is Beautiful I’m very impressed and pleased. Very clean and comfortable I feel right at home. This is Perfect!!

This was a good place for my business trip. My office wasn't far from this location and the hotel seemed very clean and friendly. It wasn't anything overly special if you were coming here for your vacation, but from a business perspective, it worked out well. There are plenty of shops near by that you could snag a bite at or use the fridge and microwave in the room. I would stay here again for a business trip for sure.

Stayed 4 nights on business. Great shower and comfy bed and pillows. Unfortunately, that’s the only good. Everything else was not to Marriott standards. The couch was heavily stained and missing its long circular pillow that every other Springhill has. I had to put a towel over the ottoman because of the many stains. One light was out by the bed and the fridge door would not stay closed. This resulted in a frosted over back fridge wall and a leaking front. I had two six pack mini sodas that never actually got cold, despite being in there for a couple days. Highway noise is loud. Lucky for me I’m half deaf so I just slept on my good side and couldn’t hear anything. I did ask for a different room upon arrival but was told that no other rooms were available or clean, despite half the parking
