Quality Inn Suwanee I-85

Being a Choice member has its moments. This is one. Older motel but it was clean, well remodeled and maintained. Met at the counter politely. With our online reservation thru Choice, we were quickly checked in. Room was well appointed and clean. Old ptac was a bit noisy at first but got the room cool quickly then simmered down. Hot breakfast was minimal effort (microwaved)egg n sausage. Everything else breakfast was as good as the effort you put into preparing it. Overall a solid GOOD experience.

Do not stay at this hotel. My recent experience was beyond disappointing; it was downright disgusting. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit with a foul odor. The carpets were visibly dirty, with what appeared to be toenail clippings. To make matters worse, there was old food residue left on the counters, indicating a severe lack of cleanliness. (Husband thinks pot) The room was clearly not taken care of. The final straw was discovering a bug in the bed as I got in. We immediately checked left booked a new hotel. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

My wife and I stayed at this location for over a month straight. Normally after 30 days taxes and fees drop off only after a manager form another hotel filled in was i told about the taxes. This manager left a message for the main manager about that and a day or so later we were asked to leave. I guess he didn't want to lose any money. Or save us any. This is a constant problem with the people Choice Hotels hires to run hotels. Very disappointed my wife and I travel for work and we stay at hotels that are less 100 a night

Everybody was polite and nice that I talked to at the hotel. The rooms was clean and the hotel is very quiet so there’s no noise you can get rest at night. And I most definitely would stay there again on my next trip to Georgia.

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel toilet has wasted matter coming out of the toilet when I got in there. This waste matter didn't come from me. It was there when I got to the room. The next room they put me in had filthy blankets and sheets. This was a waste of my hard earnings
