InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Suwanee

My stay was good. The rooms were smaller compared to a motel 6, but loved that it had the table & chairs, bathroom storage, room storage and dresser. Also the TV swivel which was nice. There were people hanging out in one area but that was because there is no smoking in the rooms, but no one was a bother and we're friendly. The rooms did have roaches but I kind of expected it and they did have Orkin come but everyone lives different in the rooms so it's kind of hard to probably permanently get rid of them. I can't remember the manager name, she was a Caucasian lady, but she was very pleasant and helpful. The day I checked in i hurt my back really bad and having sciatica doesn't help. She gave me a cane that helped me a lot the few days I could barely walk and was in pain. She was

ROACHES!!!! Their “renovated” rooms have mold & roaches. We’ve killed 5 roaches & 1 spider within the hour of being here & can’t forget the screaming kids next door banging on the walls plus the stains on the walls. Never coming here again. Only give it 1 star just to write a review. 0/10

Excellent place to visit or stay for a long time staff is super helpful and grounds are kept up I've had no bugs been here 3 months

I have been here since March 2025 and don’t have problems living here with my family changed different rooms and all of them clean, good hygiene no issues

Ok so the negative reviews about the rooms themselves are false . The one room I had for a week was incredibly clean and freshly painted etc . Super comfy . And everything was clean and worked ! Ms Laurie was awesome so was the maintenance man . Stand up people here ! Though one night the water got cut off for two hours or so but they fixed the issue . that’s fair ! It did cause my toilet to not be able to flush for a bit though . The only true gripe I had was a bunch of 20 ish year olds stay here and one older gentlemen who roamed the parking lot all night and made a bunch of noise on the weekend and hang out around the cigarette container outside. I think they were a construction crew , and basically loiter all night in the parking lot … they weren’t bad dudes, but super annoying wh
