Comfort Inn & Suites Suwanee - Sugarloaf

Im currently in room at this hotel. First checked a room and i could hear every single car and truck ok the highway. Upgraded to a room not facing the highway. I thought i would have peace and quite but the room above seems like they were playing scrimmage all night, when the running and screaming stopped the TV was turned on and I am hear listening to their movie unable to fall asleep. Called the hotel twice, went to the front desk and they have failed to make noise stop. The gentleman who is in charge let me know he called the room already and that is all he can do. No system in place to maintain quietness. Is it that running around and blasting the tv is acceptable behavior?This has been the worst experience I have had at a hotel. Booking at your own risk. I am an Elite member, and my experience at Comfort Inn & Suites Suwanee was extremely disappointing. The owner is rude, talks to his employees recklessly, and is equally disrespectful to customers. Despite my elite benefit of a two-hour late checkout, housekeeping knocked on my door at 11am asking if I was leaving. I had already reserved my stay through Monday, yet the owner took it upon himself to check me out. The rooms are poorly maintained—half-cleaned with bathrooms that look untouched (the tub/shower had not been cleaned), and the towels were stained and disgusting. The so-called breakfast is entirely self-serve with little to no support, and the staff makes it difficult to get even basic necessities like toilet paper or trash bags. I had asked for a suite and when I got there, I just got a king bed. No big deal. I didn’t even care about the broken faucet in the shower or the bug in the sink. It was kind of quiet, but I sure would like to be on the other side of the hotel and that on the side of the highway.

The worst night sleep. Wake up alarm went off every hour from 3 am until 6am. We didn’t request not request this especially because we already spent two nights there with no wake up calls. Picked up phone and hung it up and still kept going off. When confronted staff at desk about getting that night charge removed from bill due to the torturous night they said they couldn’t do nothing about it. I will spend my hotel money elsewhere. We used to enjoy comfort Suites. No more.

I checked into this property around midnight due to business travel and went directly to sleep because of exhaustion. The following morning, I discovered multiple baby cockroaches in the bathroom, which strongly suggests an ongoing pest infestation rather than an isolated incident. At checkout, I immediately informed the front desk and requested to speak with the manager. Although the manager was present in the office and clearly visible, she refused to come out or address the issue. Instead, the front desk was instructed to hand me a business card and tell me to call a corporate 800 number. No apology, explanation, or concern was offered.
