SpringHill Suites by Marriott Savannah Downtown/Historic District

Positive: Staff was very helpful with everything we needed. The location was great. The breakfast selection was wonderful. Negative: No slip resistance in the bath tub. Had to request clean towels and coffee.

We had a great stay at this hotel as a stop on our way to Florida for a cruise. The location is perfect and easy to walk to restaurants, tours, and the riverside. The rooms are large and clean. Unfortunately our daughter left her AirPods in her bed when we checked out. They had already cleaned the room and sent the sheets to the laundry room by the time she noticed, so we thought they would never be found. BUT NO!!! We got a call the next day they were found and I was able to pay for shipping to get them shipped to our house. It was such a pleasant surprise and we are so thankful to the staff for looking for and finding them!

This property is pretty much what I had expected from this brand of Marriott hotels. The location is very convenient and an easy walk to all of the museums, parks, riverfront, and fantastic restaurants. We had a slight issue with the location of our room's window opening on the pool deck which was noisy. Cameron, at the front desk, was incredibly gracious and accommodating by offering us two alternate options. He continued to provide excellent service throughout our entire stay. Overall this hotel is clean and comfortable. Definitely a good value for the location.

Very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast great. They allowed us to park early and leave our belongings there. Allbl the enployees were very helpful rated 4 because they charge $40 extra a night for parking

Location is perfect in the heart of downtown Savannah walking distance to historical sites and bars. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, however, the WiFi did not work and the room I stayed in was not properly cleaned; the bathroom had hair in the shower, the fridge was dirty, the mattress for the trundle bed had stains and the ac unit saying check the filter.
