SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld®/Lackland

We stayed here for 4 days. They DID NOT clean our room at all! After verifying with the front desk if I needed to be on a list or something to make sure they clean our room they said no that as long as we don’t have the do no disturb on the door then they are supposed to clean. I even asked when I went for towels if they can please make sure to clean our room she said they will leave a note and our room was still missed. :( I had made my reservation for 5 people and when we first walked in there were only 3 towels. Since they never cleaned our room we had to go get towels every single day we were here. I do not recommend this place at all! Stay anywhere else but here. Don’t even bother with the breakfast , it was terrible.

Booked for 2 queen bed from Priceline.com and upon arriving at the facility they mentioned due to the mismatch between Priceline & Hotel Room inventory, they told me to adjust with King size Bed. Also in addition to that, all their rooms restrooms doors cant be locked from inside and when asked they mentioned that guests are getting locked out from inside and due to that reason the door locks are jammed and can't be used. Also the rooms are very old and don't look any new, the reading lights & sliding door of the bathroom is broken. When asked about this, they simply said sorry about it and nothing done to address the concerns. Also please be aware that this facility charges for parking even for 1 night and this is the only facility that's not even in downtown or areas where there is limit

This would have been a 4-5 star review but... We were told we had to book this hotel for a stay to play soccer tournament. Our whole team booked here. One of our families booked just Saturday night and their room was given away on Friday. So imagine you are here from out of town with your 3 small children and you don't have a room! To make matters worse the front desk lady did not care. No empathy, no we will make this right. Finally they found a room with a king bed. King bed for a family of 5? Still not really a solution but at least they have a room, right? Another family offered to swap rooms with them as they did not need 2 queens. The hotel refused to change the sheets for this family. The only feedback I have is this, if you are going to nickel and dime customers for parking, $10 daily, then you should have full size bath towels in your hotel. Not only were these the smallest towels I have had at a Marriott property, they did not have enough towels for someone staying in a room with two beds. This felt more like a Motel 6 than a Springhill Suites. Other than that the hotel was nice, was clean and Leslie was very helpful.
