Outstanding Hospitality! Customer service was outstanding! Check-in and check-out were welcoming, seamless, and effortless with a welcoming gift. Assistant General Manager, Natalie, and her entire staff, exhibited warm Southern hospitality and assistance throughout the stay. Booked the same beautiful two bedroom suite - two queens - fireplace on two occasions. The two-bedroom suite had a working gas fireplace, full-size kitchen, dining area with seating for four, and two full bathrooms (i.e, shower and shower/bath). The kitchen was fully equipped with a stove/oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, pots/pans, cooking utensils, and a full-size coffee pot. The suite was spacious and spotless, and all of the linen and furniture were in excellent condition

This hotel is a terrific, pet-friendly option for Cary. The location is close to the highway and amenities; parking is ample. We always enjoy taking our dog for a nice walk around Symphony Lake, and the breakfast offers a good variety. ||The employees are super helpful, and it’s nice to see familiar faces each time we visit. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet (although we’ve always had a room on the third floor, which helps!).||We will be back!

Positive: The room design and kitchen access Negative: Guest complained about music that was not even that loud and during the day when you can play music. I’m a musician and singer so the complaint limited what I could work on during my stay.

We were placed here by ALE through insurance when our house burnt down. Our insurance company specifically selected this hotel that “allows pets” so our cat could stay with us, as we no longer have a home for her to stay in. We unpacked what was left of our soot-covered belongings, and spent less than 24 hours here before we were told cats are not welcome here, and we were forced to leave. We are exhausted. 0/10 experience, 0/10 empathy from the manager Ken. We do appreciate some of the front desk & maintenance staff, including Nia and Wilbert, who were both very kind and empathetic throughout our short stay.

My husband and I have been staying here the past several months and have not had the first complaint. The staff is amazing. Housekeeping is amazing. They all go above and beyond to make you feel at home away from home.
