SpringHill Suites by Marriott Port St. Lucie

Stay was overall okay. Check-in was quick and the room was spacious enough for four people. However, the room lacked sufficient outlets and USB ports. The front desk area was extremely loud due to an event, and when I needed assistance I had to raise my voice and share my room number and last name publicly, which did not feel secure. Small elevator and slow. But was great location.

Positive: I like the location. And the staff was very helpful and professional. Negative: My only complaint is something that the hotel had no control over. Twice I was woken up with kids running in the hallway, yelling and screaming.

When you hear Marriot, you think upscale. Granted, the rooms are large, and the bathrooms are sufficient, lighting is pretty good- dim enough to keep the bathroom light on at night, however the beds are ROCK HARD. I woke up in such back pain, my husband too. Our daughter slept on the sofa couch, and you can feel every spring. Rooms sleep clean and are adequately stocked. Breakfast has only one waffle machine so there's a line in the mornings. Otherwise, I would have rather spent my money on a place that had softer beds!!!

Excellent layout, comfort and front desk manager was outstanding! He went out of his way to help. Nice pool area. Breakfast was higher end for an inclusive breakfast.

Rooms are clean and comfortable! Staff is so nice! We wanted coffee with the card game we were playing and 20 mins later we had a yummy fresh pot of coffee. Thank you! Great location will stay here again!!!
