I requested a reservation on Hotwire and received a great deal for a two night stay. When I checked in I was given an handicap room which I did not request. The light in the bathroom did not work, it seemed the switch was broken, so I went back to the front desk. She said that the handicapped room was what hotwire requested and she could not change it but she would have someone come fix the light. I went back to the room and noticed that the thermostat also did not work and it was hot in the room. I went back to the front desk, and nicely said, I need a different room. She gave me a room on a different floor but said it also had to be handicapped. Before I moved all my stuff I went to check out the room and from the pictures you can see what the room looked like, the bathroom was disgustin

This was the absolute worst hotel stay I have ever had in my entire life. From the moment I checked in with my son one thing after another, after another, after another went wrong. First the television wouldn't work, it took about an hour for them to figure out what the problem was and to fix it. Remember I still have a child to get to sleep, in the room. Then the washcloths were dirty. The bath towels were dirty, the floor towel had a black handprint on it. The tub was dirty with black smudges. Even the clean towels the young lady brought up, were dingy and stained. Did not get a shower needless to say. I decided to stay here because I needed to stay in or around Pittsburgh another day, as I am extremely sick and could not drive multiple hours to my destination. The worst decision I could

Positive: The room was spacious and clean. It appeared to have been recently remodeled. My grandson and I stayed, so, we both had our own sleep area, but the design allowed us talk and watch tv together as well. Negative: Bathroom needs updated, but I suppose they couldn't do everything at once, and that is understandable.

Rough, dated hotel. Front desk staff Jay was helpful and friendly outside of that there wasn’t much positive to say about the property. Local area is just Walmarts and fast food. Lobby is tiny like the size of a room. The fitness center has more missing weights than actual weights. There’s two treadmills and one broken while the other has error messages as well. Door is broken to enter. Pool and jacuzzi look like they were last cleaned when the hotel was constructed. My room smelled like straight fabulouso and chlorine. Bed was thinner than a tee shirt. Rest of room was clean though just very dated. Parking is limited and full of trucks taking up 6 spaces. Hotel is in major need of upgrade or will probably lose the Marriott name soon.

***SEE UPDATED INFO BELOW*** including 2 pics showing response from Marriott on Messenger We stayed @ this hotel 9/7 - 9/10/25. The rooms were run down. The bathroom was horrible & in disrepair. I opened up my sheet & it looked clean, but it smelled like a woman's cologne. The next day after I got ready & pulled the sheet further, there was blood stains on the bottom sheet & the flat sheet on top. I was totally grossed out. Later that I night I went down to the front desk. There was a dark skinned man that had checked us in. I asked if he was the Manager, he said "kind of". ?? What does that mean? I told him that I wanted to let him know about the blood stains on the sheets, I showed him pictures. I also told him that the sheet also smelled of women's cologne. He quickly got o
