Staff needs to be more open to feedback. Rm 202 door was jammed. Younge4 indian lady doesn't know customer service. The first front desk lady was excellent but service dropped off from there. Nice rooms, comfortable and quiet.

Everyone was friendly and the room was exactly what I needed. Traveling with two large dogs. They were thoughtful ahour the location of room to assign me, and there were no surprises with fees or limitations or negative attitudes. Would stay again.

By far the best value for your money in the area. So far, my room has been great. Everything is clean, everything works. The hotel focuses on the essentials- microwave, fridge, room safe, plenty of tv channels. Good housekeeping schedule. Room feels safe & secure.

the room was very clean and the first room we were in had no heat and within 15 mins they had us in a warm room. the staff was very kind and helpful. I recommend 100 percent to anyone looking to rent a room, we are very excited about the room. they are stepping their game up! keep up the good work!
