We stayed here for a getaway weekend and had no hot wateron and off the entire stay. Then was treated like shit and was told I should of left the first night. If you would communicate that there was gonna be an on going issues I would of left.. lack of responsibility lack of empathy lack of maturity amd lack of communication. This is the second time we had issues with the spa tub room. Thats the whole reason for a tub to soak it hot water not freezing cold when weather is 35 outside.. dont stay here unless you want issues and to waste money.

I stayed at the HomeTowne Studios & Suites in Washington, PA last night. I am on my way from NJ to CA and HomeTowne Studios was right on my way, extremely well priced, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I was so happy to have a full size freezer to freeze my ice packs and a fairly good sized fridge to refrigerate my food overnight. The breakfast was pretty perfect and the decaf coffee was all that I could hope for. Thank you to both the evening and morning desk attendants who welcomed me warmly, gave me the perfect location for my room, and was so sweet as I departed. It was an ideal stop for me, one of the hotel rooms that I regret leaving in the morning!

Absolutely no complaints. The staff at the front desk are the kindest/friendliest people!!! The breakfast was healthy, had my 2yr old granddaughter with me and lots of variety to fill her up. I come to Pittsburgh quite often and this will definitely be the hotel I now stay at. No complaints except for flavored creamer for the coffee!!! I just stopped by the store and grabbed some because it wasn't a big deal!!! Room was clean, quiet and relaxing.

Rooms and location is pretty nice. However, the service puts it above and beyond. Gentlemen named Javon is the kind of employee every place needs. Courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. Treated my mother with dementia so well. I'm so thankful he was working when I went there!

Until you stay elsewhere you don't realize what you really like about a place. The fact the sink,shower,and toilet are in one area is a major plus. Had a Jacuzzi tub, needed it after five hour drive. The hotel is so quiet, can't really hear when a dog barks unless you are in the hallway . The staff is always friendly and they keep it so clean. When I visit my daughter at school this is my go to place
