SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting

Not a bad hotel for the price. The room was ok , but a bit of a strange layout. The TV is off to the side of the bed, so you're twisted sideways to watch TV in bed. The pillows are very small; if you move your head, you'll twist your neck.

We stayed during sporting events so the hotel was full of kids. Even with that, it was much better than other places I've been during tournament times. The staff tried to keep control to the best of their abilities while remaining polite. We enjoyed everything. The pool was a bit chilly and I did not care for the taste of the eggs, but the breakfast was full of choices and other than the eggs, tasted good. The room was a little smaller than expected, but not too small. More a mini-suite than a true suite, but filled out needs. Very clean and the staff was very accommodating and polite. Will come back if we are ever in need of a room in this area.

Our stay at the Springhill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting was excellent. The rooms are very large, clean and well equiped, including a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The bed had lots of pillows and was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. We had a very restful and comfortable stay. The fitness center is open 24-7 and has several treadmills and other machines. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit!

I wanted to provide a 5 Star review for this property. However, with no swimming pool or hot tub, I couldn't quite justify that rating. That being said, a very strong 4 Star rating is well deserved.||It is imperative that I start with the staff. The two ladies working the front desk were exceptional! Wilsmarie and Gabby had terrific personalities and would make any guest feel welcomed. They were a joy to interact with.||The room itself was large and comfortable. Parts of it were a bit dated. But, everything was very clean and was in working condition. The bed was very comfortable and offered a nice view of the TV via its swivel stand base.||The breakfast was really extensive and tasty for a complimentary meal. Booked a king with a pull-out couch. But no pull-out couch. Then we were moved to a 2 double bed with a pull-out couch. Well surprise, surprise - no pull out couch. The couch is just a very hard surface convertible couch. Not impressed. We had a long day by then and just made do. The hotel is tired and in need of an upgrade or some money needed for upkeep. To add to all that the toilet ran all night because of a faulty flap and the vanity sink was clogged. We will not be coming back
