Extended Stay America Suites- Philadelphia - Plymouth Meeting - East

Second time staying. Location is close to everything and right off freeway very nice area. Entire staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. I was on the 3rd floor and it was spotless. I didn't see one bug or roach once. One of the elevators was down when I first arrived but was up and running by the next day. Underground parking was a bonus especially with the snow storm. Room was spotless and everything worked perfect. Place was quiet and all the guests were nice.

As an employee of the establishment, i could not bear being in this building for more than 2 weeks. DO NOT book your stay here i will list off some of the observations i made withing my time staying here for future reference of any guest.||1.guests are not allowed towels or other amenities to dry with other than a dish rag until around 6pm|2. There are multiple rooms with damage to the entertainment stand, desk, and bathrooms leading you to question why it was sold to a guest ||3.BLACK MOLD Inside of the bathrooms for more than 1 room i refused to clean this as an employee and a person should NOT be breathing that in||4.Roaches. During my short employment i saw countless species and varying sizes of cockroaches and had a guest come to me directly asking me to take care of the problem.|5.

This location with this staff is phenomenal! The place is clean, fairly quiet, any concerns are handled immediately, and I've enjoyed my stay here for three months. The staff is accommodating to your needs and understanding what I need is more than anything. With the snow storms we've had recently, the staff cleaned up quickly and I really appreciated the ability to move my car out of a snowy spot. This is the first time I stayed in an extended stay and I would certainly do it again. Thank you staff!

I stayed here March 1st - March 4th 2026 it is ghetto! The elevator stopped working so I have to walk 4 flights of steps. Front desk is no help they can’t tackle more than one task. Breakfast is a joke!!! Coffee and muffin no juice or water. My towels had hair on them so I had to use my own. Washer and dryers are really expensive! Run don’t walk away from this place. The people next to me were loud and banging until 1am on a Monday.

Positive: The General manager was extremely nice and welcoming. Negative: GM was 10/10
