Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting

I love this location! I'm there a few times a month for work and I watch every patron be treated like a welcomed friend. Taliah works at the front desk... She's amazingly professional and seems like she genuinely enjoys her job. Nicole is one of the managers and not only do visitors love her (me included) but from what I overheard during their staff meeting, so foes her staff. Joyce us another noteable manager who is always eager to greet new guest and make aure that you're comfortable. There is a gym, a generous outdoor area, that includes a fire pit, 3 conference rooms, a printing area and a bistro, with lots of tables and 2 private booths with TV's in them on site. Manager was clearly not happy having to work on Thanksgiving. He was surly at best. Hotel is MEDIOCRE. unfortunately I had to move there after the doubletree unexpectedly closed 4 days before arrival. I believe the manager was exploiting guests who had no other options.

To start, our stay overall was very good. The location worked out perfectly, the new guest room was terrific and the bedding was great. Maria the front desk operations manager was amazing, knowledgeable and a wonderful ambassador for Marriott. The team on the morning coffee bar was equally as good and we would recommend them all for future advancement. The back half of the main lobby and outdoor space all need to be cleaned up, furniture repaired or replaced and decor upgraded. In the end, it is a good hotel and one that should be considered as a top contender for any stay.

We just spent a week here and the Hotel was Great. Not only Clean and convenient but the staff was 1st Class. We spent some time in the lobby and Bar. Kayla and Hannah were the BEST!!!!!! So friendly and Professional!!! They both deserve a raise. We will return and stay here because of these two. Looking forward to returning soon. Again, thank you Kayla and Hannah !!!!! ⛳

Stay here if you are not on the Elite program because Elite wont get you anything here. 01. Am on titanium elite. No room upgrade was offered. Upon enquiring, they did tell that they have availability but cant upgrade for whatever reason. 02. Lift - its wobblying all the way. Building has only 4 floors but the lift wobbles. Every guest was scared for the first time. Not a good experience when you just got to a hotel 03. Shower - It was hosing down on you (mind you bone cold water when you start shower and outside its less than -5f, took its own sweet time to give hot water) like you were a protestor in a dictatorial country. Too much pressure to bear. 04. No moisturizer in the room - this can be ignored as its minor but most travellers wont have one and need one when its that cold outside
