SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pasadena Arcadia

This is a decent hotel overall, and we especially want to recognize the front desk manager, Tiffany (if we’re remembering her name correctly). She was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rest of the front desk team was also consistently kind and accommodating throughout our week-long stay. One issue that made our stay frustrating, however, was the coffee station setup. After breakfast, the hotel doesn’t keep cream out, which we completely understand. If it’s the rule that cream isn’t available after a certain time, that’s perfectly fine. What was confusing, though, is that multiple front desk employees told us that we simply needed to ask and they would bring out half-and-half for us—and they were always very pleasant about it. We experienced the most comfortable bed and pillow at this Springhill Suites after more than a decade of lodging at various Marriott brands. I'm life time platinum elite status with Marriott, so I've experienced many Marriott beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. The facility is located within 250 yards of many restaurants with diverse cuisine options. This was helpful because the breakfast is really bad (like all Marriotts that offer "free breakfast"). It is also about 1/4 mile from the Arcadia Metro station.

I stayed here for a week in November and I had a fantastic time. The hotel is amazing the staff is nice and it’s just outside the city making it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy of traveling and work. Just be aware that half the hotels rooms are close to the rails, so request a room away from the rails!||The breakfast in the morning wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t terrible. It was nice to have a hot meal every morning when waking up before work. Sometimes they were out of what I wanted in the morning but overall it was fine. 9/10||The staff is what stands out at this location. The front desk staff is in top of their game. I have been staying in this hotel for many times. Room is big and clean. They have free coffee all day long. Plenty resturants are walkable distance.

We haven’t finished our stay yet, but I already want to commend the front desk staff member for his excellent service. He was very welcoming, and when I asked for extra blankets, he promptly delivered them to our room. It’s rare to experience such genuine care and attentiveness. We truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism so far.
