Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles

Just stayed at the brand-new Hilton Arcadia and loved it. The hotel is beautiful, super modern, clean, and feels really upscale without being stuffy.||Our room was huge and so comfortable. The bed was great, everything felt brand new, and it was such a nice place to relax after being out all day.||The rooftop restaurant was definitely the highlight. Incredible views, great vibe, and really good food and drinks; honestly one of the best rooftops I’ve been to. We also tried the Italian restaurant downstairs and it did not disappoint. Having two great dining options right in the hotel was such a bonus.||Overall, this place is a gem. Perfect if you’re visiting the area or just want a relaxing stay with great food and views. We’ll definitely be back.

We had the most amazing stay at the Hilton Los Angeles/Arcadia! I was there for a 3-day conference, and from the moment I pulled up, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Walking into the lobby felt like stepping into a luxury retreat — fresh orchids everywhere and stunning chandeliers lining the hallways. It instantly set the tone. But what truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person was friendly, personable, and genuinely welcoming. You can feel when hospitality is done right — and they nailed it. The location is perfect — right near the mall and the iconic Santa Anita Park, which makes everything so convenient whether you’re there for business or fun. We loved this hotel everyone was very friendly and treated us like family. As soon as we came in the smell of the place was wonderful and the rooms are beautiful and very clean. We loved the coffee in the lounge in the morning and we especially liked how they texted us throughout our stay to check on us. Fabian was super nice as was Evelyn both of them made every effort to make us feel special. The rooftop bar was the highlight loved the food and cocktails. We will be back!!

Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles is an outstanding new addition to the Hilton portfolio and truly sets a new standard. We hosted a team retreat at the hotel and everything went flawlessly. From start to finish, the team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. The design of the hotel is modern and beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch. The gym is exceptional—easily one of the best hotel gyms I’ve experienced, with all the equipment you need for a solid workout. The pool area is quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Housekeeping was on point throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant deserves special recognition—some of the best I’ve had at any Hilton property. Truly impressive. Brand-new hotel. I reserved a racetrack-view room, but the room I received at check-in didn’t match the booking. I called the front desk, and they changed it immediately—great and responsive service.The room itself was very clean and well maintained. One thing I didn’t understand was that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, even though a coffee machine was provided.The rooftop bar has a great view, but the food did not meet expectations. If they’re charging hotel-level prices, the food quality really needs improvement—and soon.
