Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Arcadia/Pasadena

We stayed for one night during a business trip, the room was clean and spacious. We had a king size bed that was comfortable, the room also had a mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance, the neighborhood was safe enough if you choose to walk to grab dinner or coffee.

The Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Arcadia/Pasadena is a solid, comfortable stay and a good option for the area. Rooms are clean, quiet, and well maintained, with comfortable beds and reliable Wi Fi. The property feels safe and well run, and check in and check out were smooth. Staff interactions were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The included breakfast is convenient and above average for a hotel in this category, and the common areas are kept tidy. Parking is easy, and the location works well if you are visiting Pasadena, Arcadia, or the surrounding area without wanting to stay directly in downtown LA. The reason for four stars instead of five is mostly minor consistency items. Some areas could use light refreshing, and peak times can make breakfast or elevators feel a bit crow

Great hotel experience! This hotel is located in a great area with plenty of convenient options for any vacation needs or grabbing a quick bite. The breakfast was awesome due to the fact that they seem to rotate a few items in and out, giving you some variety if youre staying a few nights. Overall GREAT quality provided by the staff. Rooms felt cozy, clean, and private. The parking situation was phenomenal 🙌 always parking available at no additional cost. Having feminine products complementary at the desk was also a huge plus, I wish they could be stocked in the rooms but understandably its best to control that type of inventory, although I would suggest maybe giving 2 or 3 at a time would be helpful for the day without having to visit the desk too much. The facility and our room were clean and suited our one night stay for my husband’s City of Hope appointment. |However, the coffee machine did not work and a light bulb was out in the floor lamp. When you are staying one night, it isn’t worth calling for service. Not a big deal but inconvenient. |The provided breakfast was very nice and the coffee good.
