SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Quail Springs

Trashiest hotel ive ever stayed in. Air/heat didnt work. Toilet didnt fill with water to fush. Hot water issue. Luke warm showers. Breakfast was almost unedible. Pool was swamp green. Smelled as you walked past and an eyesore to look out to from your window. Blood on sheets. Go elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money here. The staff isn’t accommodating and don’t care to even tell you the room charges upon check on. Then charge your card for additional holds and fees you didn’t authorize. I will never frequent another Marriott hotel.

Will never go here again! We had reservations, husband having surgery in morning. 1st room got key for was unlocked and not cleaned yet. Switched rooms, and 2nd seemed clean but had a dirty towel on back of bathroom door, they said rest was ready. Had to call for more towels. In shower realized body wash empty, then carpet under curtains dirty, under bed was dirty. Stayed anyways and had room reserved for two more days for wife to come over and shower then back to hospital. When she went back they had made beds but not restocked towels… only reason she was there!|Completely unsatisfactory, would NOT recommend!

I booked this hotel days in advance and contacted them for preference on a tub as i have 3 small kids who need a bathtub. I was told i would get a room with a tub no problem they had reserved me the best room. I arrived and charged an unknown amount on my card. Was told they were having hot water issues. I got into my room it had a horrible old smell and the heat/air didnt work in the work so i had to move myself and 6 peoples belongings to another room. Once in it the toilet wouldnt flush. The water took over 15 minutes to get luke warm. Finally room #3 was good enough to sleep in for the night. DO NOT USE SPRINGHILL SUITES IN QUAIL SPRINGS they shouldnt even be housing people in the run down dirty, old hotel.

Positive: Location and size of room Negative: Sheets/blankets had stains and gym was bare minimum. The cleaning crew doesn?t do much at all, we stayed 4 nights and I think they emptied the trash and replaced towels 1 time but never cleaned or changed sheets/made bed. Only 1 elevator for 6 floors

Worst is the hot water took forever over 30 min, when it came at all. My last day I was running late so I just had to take a cold shower. Not happy about this because this is a preferred hotel chain for my company The room overall was clean, the mirror over the sink was just too dark and hard to see, the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly. I did not try the breakfast. The light over the desk did not work.
