We had the most amazing service from friendly hard-working patient, employees at your hotel who went the extra mile. Including Paris Bradshaw at the Front Desk, who was always kind and gave us extra water and was always patient. Also Akeem Wright, and Conneil Cain who I saw were helping so many people in the breakfast area and making sure they had what they needed, they helped with the breakfast provisions and loaned me a tray to bring some food up to my family in our hotel room— they were all cheerful, even when some of the guests were not. They took the initiative to go the extra mile and made our stay such a pleasant experience. We hope that they can be. Positive: The hotel itself was fine Negative: The whole floor including the room smelled of raw sewage. When you are out side in the pool it's even worse because there is a sewage plant directly behind the hotel. Absolutely disgusting and unbearable.

Paris, the concierge at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hilton Head Island, made our Valentine’s weekend truly unforgettable. I had simply asked if it might be possible to arrange roses in the room, and what she created was beyond anything I could have imagined. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a beautiful towel display of two swans nestled around a gold-painted rose, along with balloons and a bouquet of flowers. It was clear this was crafted with care and thoughtfulness, and it meant so much to my wife and me. Gestures like this are not expected, but they are deeply appreciated and speak volumes about Paris’s dedication to creating memorable guest experiences. SpringHill Suites in Hilton Head, South Carolina is an outstanding place to stay for business travel. The hotel and my room were exceptionally clean, refreshed, and felt very new, with modern, tasteful décor throughout. The staff were super friendly and genuinely helpful, which made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. I was there for an important business meeting, and the on‑site gym was phenomenal, allowing for an exceptional workout to start the day on the right foot. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were surprisingly good quality, so I slept like a rock and felt well‑rested for my meetings. The location is also excellent, sitting right by Fresh Market and several great restaurants, which made it very easy to get what I needed and navigate the area quickly. Overall, this

My family and I were pleasantly surprised. The room was big and clean. We picked two beds and a trundle. The breakfast had waffles, sausages and eggs, variety of breads. It had water bottles, granola bars, wrapped muffins, fresh fruits, fruit cups, bottle chocolate milk, white and others. The check in and check out was smooth. Great location for Hilton Island, 30 minutes away from i95. Plenty of parking. The price was good. Will recommend!
