Customer Reviews
The front desk was very friendly and clear when conveying their hotel information. Zero complaints. Though I didn't interact directly with the breakfast staff, based on hearing them talking with other, I could tell they were all genuinely friendly and very nice. Everything was clean and well prepared. I wanted to leave a 5 star review to promote and encourage the hotel team. Thank you for awesome service! If I return to the area, I would definitely stay again.
Spent two nights, including Christmas Eve with our family. Room suited our family that included two teenagers - one on a bed, one on a sofa. Hotel staff were exceptionally nice. I wish there were a better way to say that. Breakfast ends at 9, which feels early, but had great options. The staff person was working non stop to restock things, especially on a busy Christmas morning. Hotel lobby is large, and our family ate a take out meal there, and others were also around enjoying the space and time together. The rooms were a bit old and maybe ready for a refresh, and the bathroom/closet/toilet area had a weird layout in that it was large, but all behind one door, so one couldn't use the sink while someone else was in bathroom or in the shower.
Positive: The room was a good size. We had two beds and a couch. It was nice having something to sit on besides the beds. The bathroom was spacious and had an area for luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of items. Negative: I wished I had known about the parking fee
The A/C & heat unit was so extremely loud and rattled all night. The bed pillows were also weirdly small-almost like a couch pillow. The room was extremely dark and worn out looking (especially the bathroom), very underwhelming for the price. There were even pieces off of the bed missing which just left a big wood hole. The pool wasn’t in service and there was a $10.00 parking fee-both which I wasn’t really aware of when booking. Lastly the breakfast was very dull. The staff was friendly, and the room size was good, however I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Good location. They said they put us in their newly renovated rooms so I got excited, but by renovated they must just mean new carpet. Everything still looks very dated...except the carpet.
