SpringHill Suites by Marriott Durham Chapel Hill

We stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Durham Chapel Hill in December 2022, and it was truly awesome! Even though we were only there for one night because we were heading out on a long car ride, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel overall felt welcoming and well-maintained. We didn’t get to explore every part of the hotel in detail, but from what we saw, it seems like a great place to stay. Overall, our experience was very positive, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Raleigh or Durham!

I began traveling to North Carolina in June of 2024 for business purposes. I didn't know which hotel to choose but, one of my criteria is absolutely a hot tub, and so I picked the Springhill Suites Marriott. I called and verified that they did have a hot tub and it was operable. Got there and it was amazing. The temperature was just right, nice and warm. The room, the area where the pool was, was nice and warm. But more importantly, the people were nice and warm. More specifically, Alonzo and Yashica. They're welcoming spirit and friendly personalities prompted me to use the same hotel when I came back. Anytime I come, all is well. They actually remembered me, which is a testament to their customer service and genuineness. Their personalities are warming and inviting. This is my place ever

This place feels like home and the staff are automatic friends/family. We will be exclusively staying here for my Duke Med trips and any other reason we would be in the area. So close to shopping, food and everything in between. Room was very nice and had a cozy feel. Indoor pool and hot tub were great. I could keep going but just stay here, you will not regret it. 💙🩵

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Durham checks all the boxes! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The blackout curtains helped us get the best nights sleep we have had in a long time. Alonzo at the front desk was friendly, professional and very efficient. We arrived a little early and he was able to accommodate us. The breakfast every morning was good and everything was replenished regularly. The location can't be beat! It is very close to restaurants and shops and within walking distance if you are so inclined. I would definitely stay here again when in the Durham area.

Positive: Consistenly a good place, have stayed here 4 times. Nice lobby, rooms are spacious/modern. Negative: Took between 1-2 minutes for hot water to reach the shower and the shower was barely draining.
