Our stay at the SpringHill Suites Chicago Downtown/River North was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we booked, the communication with the hotel was clear, prompt, and extremely kind, which gave us great peace of mind before arriving. I would especially like to recognize Ariana, who provided outstanding service. She was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making sure everything was handled smoothly and that we felt welcomed even before check-in. Upon arrival, we were greeted with beautiful and thoughtful personalized details that truly made us feel valued as guests. This is a great location for first time visitors to Chicago as you can get everywhere easily by walking or public transport. Great check in experience to start the stay--the lobby was crowded, but the staff handled it efficiently and with enthusiasm. The room was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful though crowded. You could hear people making noise in the hallway, so I turned on a white noise player on my laptop and that took care of it. That is more a people issue, not a hotel issue! The bar was a nice touch and not expected at a Springhill--bartenders were very friendly. I seem to stay somewhere else each time I visit Chicago based on price and this was the best deal I could find for a November weekend. Nice hotel and I recommend!

Perfect Chicago Hotel!!! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely return. The location is fantastic — surrounded by great restaurants and within easy walking distance to the Magnificent Mile, Cloud Gate, the Riverwalk, and even Navy Pier. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our room featured beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing views, which really elevated the experience. The bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the service. ARIANA and the rest of the staff at the front desk, along with the chat supervisor, went above and beyond to make sure our requests were handled quickly and thoughtfully. Amazing hotel and AMAZING staff! I was in town for my 24th birthday , the manager was able to upgrade us to a corner room and I am so thankful, the rooms are spacious , clean, and very comfy beds! The location can not be beat ! By everything you could need! Great breakfast and great breakfast staff as well! Fully recommend this hotel! Thank you for an amazing birthday stay! - Mitchell
