SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Chinatown

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were very comfortable with plenty of room and super comfortable pillows. lol. Slept soooo good. The location was wonderful. Was able to walk thru Chinatown and enjoy the shops and food. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, very clean, and had a really nice view. Mathew at the front desk was especially commendable—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good; while the choices were a bit limited, the quality was nice and satisfying. A nice bonus is that you can purchase detergent on-site, and the laundry service is complimentary. Overall, a very comfortable stay. But thinking about the planet hotel could upgrade cutlery and plates to silverware. (Maybe it’s my European eyes haha it’s a loooooot of plastic)

This hotel is a gem in Chicago. I am a lifetime platinum member and highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely huge and clean modern rooms, comfortable furnishings, perfect for work and relaxing with space to enjoy. Staff were all friendly and amazing, with a special shout out to Mr. Jingliang Huang at the front desk. He was a model of professionalism taking the time and effort to fully explain the facilities, parking process, selected the best available room for me despite arriving earlier than anticipated, welcome gift bag that was greatly appreciated, and was genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a perfect stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, with dozens of restaurants and eateries literally outside the door. Easy walk within couple of minutes to the L, and easy access

Hospitality done right. Not reinventing the wheel, not overcomplicating things. Rooms are cozy and clean, the customer service was phenomenal, breakfast is really good and have a lot of options. The price/ value for the hotel is probably the best in the area.

I stayed at the Marriott in Chinatown this weekend and had a great experience overall. The parking situation was a bit confusing after a certain time, as the garage can fill up, but I was able to find street parking just up the block, which worked out fine. When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised to see my favorite beverages stocked in the lobby cooler—it was a small touch that made me happy. My room was comfortable and well-suited to my needs. The standout part of my stay was the customer service. The front desk staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. When I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk, the front desk manager kindly allowed me to wait in the lobby while the locksmith arrived.
