I’ve stayed here twice now when traveling through the area and wouldn’t pick any other hotel! When you walk in, everything is spotless and smells amazing. The rooms are immaculate. They are updated and so clean. My family all sleeps amazing in the comfy beds. The complimentary breakfast was great. All of the employees we met were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Welcomed to the hotel by a desk clerk that must have previously heard about bugs as when I mentioned, he almost shrugged. We did find one on the drape covering the window. Quite large and looked exactly like ones pictured in recent reviews.|Poor location as only the Farm to Fork is walkable, a Popeye's on other side of Interstate and anything else is an exit down I was told. Farm to Fork, meh. Glorified fast food and DR so bright. Bar had trivia going on so not inviting after a long day's drive.|The design of the room is spacious but all the lights need to be turned on to have a decent amount of light. Enjoy searching sides and bottoms of fixtures as the wall switch doesn't do it. The frosted glass insert on barn door also lets the light into the bedroom area so if one wants to sleep, forg

Positive: The breakfast was good. It was great for our traveling family. Negative: We had an issue with the cleanliness of our first room but the staff fixed it immediately and put us in a new room.

Great customer service. Very welcoming and friendly. Already had our room keys ready it took less than 2 minutes to check in. I was impressed with the nice atmosphere of this hotel and the front entry, lounge and kitchen area. Well kept and clean. Pool was already clothed but got to check out the gym. Definitely small but had the basics. Water station is always nice and restrooms on the first floor near by.! That’s always nice. Not all hotels provide restrooms outside of your room when traveling.

The A/C in our room (305) did not cool. I set it to 64 and the room never cooled below 75. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained incredibly slow. I tried to report these issues at checkout. I waited at the checkout desk for several minutes around 8:30am, and no one was there to greet me. A basket was on the counter instructing guests to leave their key cards there to check out. I guess that did not want feedback about the room. 5
