Positive: "" Negative: air conditioning even on low very noisey on vibrated the bed next to it. Shower fawsett broke and wound not stay adjusted.Bed next to window sounded like something was broke on frame.very noisey when you moved.

I have stayed here several times and each time the associates that checks me in are very nice and professional. If I'm being honest, the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear; however, the rooms are a good size. This stay the bed did squeak, and the toilet was broke. When I came down for breakfast around 7:30 there was not a lot to choose from. I do not mean for this review to sound negative, but this stay was a little surprising. Again, the associates are very nice and make you feel welcome which helps give this review a 4 star.

I stopped at the front desk yesterday morning when we left to discuss unacceptable conditions in our room; I was told we would receive a phone as soon as the manager arrived and were told it would be within the hour. We have not yet received a contact, 24 hours later. We arrived late after 4 long days of travel and were exhausted., I immediately got in the shower but there was no hot water. I let the shower run for 15 mins and it barely got to a room temperature; my husband was already in bed asleep so I didn’t call down because we were not switching rooms. We were startled awake after a few mins because the refrigerator started making awful noises so we got up to unplug it. The room had a dirty smell. We usually like to stay at Hiltons but this room was below their standards. See photos for room condition. Breakfast was mediocre. Waffle batter was runny and not usable. Attendant didn't care and did nothing and didn't have syrup. Front desk guy held up the check-in line due to him telling his life stories. This is not a $153./ night hotel.

Complaint Regarding Room Cleanliness and Poor Breakfast Quality During my recent stay, I was extremely disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel and the quality of services provided. The room appeared dirty and unkept. Although the bed looked like it had been remade, it did not appear freshly cleaned. The linens did not look crisp or replaced, and the room gave the impression that it had simply been turned over rather than properly serviced. This raised serious concerns about sanitation and housekeeping standards. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was unacceptable. The oatmeal was mushy and overcooked, and the bread provided for toast was stale and old. The food was not fresh, not appetizing, and not desirable at all.
