Cloud Springs Lodge

the location and price are what prompted me to stay here. all rooms are smoking rooms, which only follows that there is a stink included with the stay. what i found odd was that the management would bill you if they found bed bugs in your room after you left. roaches on the other hand seem to be acceptable. when i saw a few roaches in my room (bed) and notified the lady at the desk, i was told that they were just running from the pesticide spray from another room, but would have someone in the next day (today) to spray again. no one showed up though. there has been no room service either. there is internet here, but it isn't very good. i do have to say though that the staff is friendly and down to earth. the folks living here seem quite nice too. the place is very old and run down, so i

My family was forced to live there but not to stay so that was by choice and convenience. There were many many things that occurred at Cloud Springs Lodge that I did not agree with and know that partly some of them were illegal. I believe if Carol would have stayed the place would have been much much much better to stay at maybe not any better as far as the bug situation I think at this point in time and back then it was out of control so bad there was no fixing that situation that had nothing to do with Carol it was the nasty people that brought their nasty stuff in and lived over crowded in the rooms. To be honest I miss that place I had a lot of fun I like talking to a lot of people and where I live now there are none so yes I miss it no I don't miss fighting the roaches or any of the o

I don’t see how this place has ANY good reviews. Paid for a week but should have looked at the room first ; there were bedbugs VERY VISIBLE on the couch without even looking for them. They said I would have to talk to someone else regarding a refund; was finally told no, even though i asked immediately after I checked out room. So basically room was paid for but due to the severity of the bedbugs I didn’t stay. Basically threw that money away

This place is a joke. Drug dealers that they won't kick out and cops won't get rid of. Other tenants steal your stuff and money. Cockroaches are I resting the place and mold and mildew all over. The management is horrible as they go around insulting tenants and their staff and they say they are pet friendly yet if you take your dogs outside they will get parvo and hookworms.

Rats, bedbugs, and roaches Oh My! The cable was out for 3 days they refused to fix it. My aunt finally had to bootleg it when we realized they weren't going to bother. We didn't pick up wifi once in the room the entire time (3 weeks). I had to go out and buy super shower cleaner and scrub brush before putting my child in the shower because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. There were drug dealers blasting loud music in the stairwell until late at night every weekend. Then when we went to pay again they upped the rent $20. I asked to move rooms because of the issues with the wifi and bedbugs and was informed i would have to pay $150 to change rooms to "cover the old room being cleaned once vacated". Because of course charging one night $40 wouldnt be sensible? Staff refused t
